The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows users to make improvements to their neighborhood, access information, receive alerts, and engage with one another at any time and from anywhere.

Improve your neighborhood by submitting feedback through the app. This includes reporting issues related to cleanliness, pests, and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure. Our team will ensure that your feedback reaches the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA, and NParks. You don't have to indicate which agency is responsible!

Stay informed about what's happening in your neighborhood by receiving dengue and air quality alerts. You can also receive updates on renovation works and lift faults in your block.

Make a difference in your neighborhood by referring people in need to social service agencies via the Help Neighbour feature. You can also participate in surveys through the "What Say You?" function to provide your views on the living environment.

Enjoy the facilities in your neighborhood by easily booking spaces like void decks and multipurpose halls for events such as weddings and funerals. Additionally, you can find parking in nearby carparks and pay for parking at coupon-based car parks.
